Abstract:
The fourth industrial revolution, which emphasizes on the combination and enhancement of technology such as artificial intelligence (AI), automation and robotics. Teachers nowadays need to prepare students for an age of unknown and endless possibilities. A paradigm shift in education, as in changing the fundamental methods of learning, is needed if we are to embrace the future.
This speech, while focusing on the TEA aspect, will be divided into two parts: The first will be the on the macro level of implementing e-learning in a school environment, whereas the latter half focuses on the practical in-class usage and examples of the e-learning environment. The implementation of technology at school is not only about the hardware, but the software too. Acquiring new devices and fancy gizmos are merely the first step of the procedure. The true power lies beneath using them to the full potential and achieving what was impossible without their aids. Software mentioned about is not talking about computer software, but the human assets the school possesses – the teaching staff.
