• Please declare your attendance to the Conference staff before the session starts.

• Please arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before the session.

​

• A laptop computer and a projector with VGA cable will be provided in each presentation room. If you would like to use your own laptop for the presentation, please let us know beforehand and bring along the adaptors required.

• Please save your presentation materials in a USB flash drive and bring it to the Conference.

​

• Please bring along your own presentation pointer.

​

• Print out and bring along your own handouts if you wish to distribute the materials to the audience.

​

• Any content which can be perceived as discriminatory, sexist, racist or otherwise offensive is forbidden. Conference organisers reserve the rights to intervene or terminate the presentation if we suspect that the above rule is violated.

• In case that you have to withdraw, please inform the Organising Committee of the Conference on or before 8 January 2018 by email (tea2018@eduhk.hk). No refund will be arranged.
