是科技提升評估還是評估束綁了科技？
Speaker Bio:
Eiffel Chau, Convenor and Founder of Hong Kong Parents League of Education Renovation (HKPLER | 香港革新教育家長同盟). He is a father of 3 kids. He and some parents established HKPLER as an NGO, a parent representative organisation to raise parent’s awareness on public education matters and involve in Hong Kong education improvement for the students. He believes parents can do more and should contribute more not only for own kid’s education but also the general students who are the future of Hong Kong.
Mr Chau has a bachelor of business administration degree major in Information System. He has also been working in Banking IT industry for more than 15 years, specified in Compliance IT in recent years.
Abstract:
After Internet, the power of digital and mobile devices development have changed our life completely but why not our schools? This seminar will start from talking about the current workplace in the commercial world under globalisation, and what are the competencies we want from our students our future society workforce?
And then with so many of latest technology solutions available for learning and assessment, why have we not changed much? What is the thing making us reluctant to adopt new technology and what is the necessary change required?
